Initial 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We are proud to offer a full refund for the A to Z Client System, Coaches Blue Ocean Mastermind, and digital courses if you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription. This guarantee is a testament to our confidence in the value and impact of our services. Should you wish to cancel your subscription within this period, please reach out to us at supported@atozclient.com for a seamless process.


Continued Engagement Beyond 30 Days: After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions to the A to Z Client System, Coaches Blue Ocean Mastermind, and digital courses are not eligible for a refund. However, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle, allowing you to maximize the benefits of our offerings.


Annual Subscription Specifics: Clients who have committed to an annual subscription plan should note that cancellations involve an early termination fee, reflecting the resources committed to their success. Data Retention and Management After Cancellation


Opportunity for Reactivation: In the event of cancellation, you have 3 days to reactivate your account without any loss of data. For those looking for a longer pause, we offer an account parking service at $40/month, which preserves your data for up to 12 months.

Special Considerations

  • Audience and Offer, Automated Client Enrollment System (ACES) & Custom Offers: Due to the custom nature and the significant preparatory work involved, Audience and Offer, ACES, and custom offers are exempt from refunds.

  • Digital Courses: Included in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, digital courses are fully refundable within the initial period if they do not meet your expectations, ensuring a risk-free investment in your growth.
